Update profile information

User profiles in the My Account portal only display user attributes enabled by administrators for the relevant organization.

Users can update attributes available in their profiles by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the Account portal.

  2. Click Account Info to see the profile information.

  1. Update the editable information.
